One of the most unique attractions at the Tinkertown Museum are the glass bottle walls. Over 55,000 bottles have been cemented in walls surrounding the complex of buildings. Ross began his bottle construction after seeing Grandma Prisby's Bottle Village in Simi Valley, California in 1980. Within a year. Tinkertown became a neighborhood recycling center accepting bottles from all our friends, neighbors and the local tavern. The bottle construction continued for over 15 years.
